  The MLER gives you a broad education with a mix of classes. Classes both build your skills for future employment and expand your intellectual horizons.

  The MLER offers you the opportunity to develop skills that will maximize your future professional employment opportunities. We also provide you with assistance in getting internships, part-time jobs, and placement upon graduation.

  The MLER gives you perspective. It allows you to look at employment relations from a range of different perspectives, such as: labor, management, employees, citizen activists, and that of society as a whole.
