Bachelor of Arts in Labor Studies and Employment Relations
If you interested in how work is managed, the problems of working people, and what workers have done as individuals and groups to address these problems; this is the degree for you.
Bachelor of Science in Labor and Employment Relations
With varied scheduling and generous credit transfer guidelines—a BS in Labor and Employment Relations is designed to help students with at least one year of college complete a Bachelor’s degree.
Human Resource Management Undergraduate Minor
By covering a broad range of topics, an HRM minor will familiarize you with some of the issues you may have to deal with during your career as a manager or team leader in HR or other areas.
Master of Human Resource Management
This program is internationally renowned for its research and teaching in the areas of strategic human resource management, global employment strategies, new approaches to worker involvement, and the transformation of work.
Master of Labor and Employment Relations
The MLER degree explores the nature of work and the workplace.
PhD in Industrial Relations and Human Resources
The PhD in IRHR prepares students for employment as college or university faculty or other research positions.
Continuous Education and Professional Development
The School offers individuals with bachelor’s degrees the chance to obtain graduate certificates in Labor and Employment Relations, Public Sector Labor-Management Relations, Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace, or Disability Management.
