Global Executive Master's in Human Resource Leadership

Rutgers’ School of Management and Labor Relations features many programs that prepare individuals to assume senior positions in leading corporations. Prospective students are encouraged to explore SMLR’s Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) degree or the new Executive and Professional Education (EPE) programs. A Global Executive Master’s in Human Resource Leadership (GEMHRL) is no longer offered through the school.

The Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) program is internationally renowned for its research and teaching in the areas of strategic human resource management and global employment strategies, as well as new approaches to worker involvement and the transformation of work. Executive and Professional Education (EPE) develops and delivers innovative training solutions to strengthen individuals’ and organizations’  human resources, labor and employment relations, leadership, and management and administration skills. Instructors are Rutgers University faculty members and industry experts in a variety of specialized fields. Program participants can earn certifications and academic graduate credits within the School of Management and Labor Relations. Among its programs, EPE offers a NextGen HR Master’s Certificate to allow working professionals to stay one-step ahead in motivating and engaging their workforce.
