Human Resource Management graduate students can take courses—taught by the most frequently published and cited HR faculty in the United States—toward one of two graduate degrees: the Master of Human Resource Management or the PhD in IRHR. The PhD program is composed of courses taught by faculty from both the Human Resource Management and Labor Studies and Employment Relations Departments, while the Master’s program is taught by faculty from the Human Resource Management Department.
