Alumna Leads Johnson & Johnson's Presentation to MHRM Students

On October 3, 2011, approximately 40 students from the Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) program gathered in the Janice Levin Building to learn about internship and employment opportunities at Johnson & Johnson. Pamela Cash, a 2008 MHRM graduate and the event’s guest speaker, shared her experiences as a SMLR student, current Johnson & Johnson manager, and graduate of Johnson & Johnson’s Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP). Following the presentation, Cash, along with senior leaders at Johnson & Johnson, met individually with each student during a question-and-answer session.

“It’s great that they brought back graduates from the school. I'm excited that they came, especially in knowing that can be us in a few years,” says Shupama Kareem, a first year MHRM student.

Johnson & Johnson’s presentation is among the many company visitations that are held throughout the year for students in SMLR’s MHRM program. The event gives students an opportunity to network with industry professionals, learn about a company’s human resources division, and discover employment opportunities.
