Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace

Jersey Roots, Global Reach

Graduate Certificate Program
Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace

Why this certificate?

Many organizations are aware that they need to create an inclusive workplace that taps into the multiple talents of an increasingly diverse workforce.  A number of our students or potential students have been concerned for years about this issue.  If you would like to both develop your expertise and signal your qualifications to prospective employers, please join them in this graduate certificate program.

Take classes on your schedule!

The certificate can be earned entirely online, entirely in traditional courses, or through a combination of approaches.  Online classes are highly interactive, involve serious examination of important issues based on recent scholarship, and take place over the course of a semester.  All classes include assignments designed to enhance skills and broaden perspectives.

Did you know?

A Human Resources or Employment Relations Professional can earn this certificate by taking just four graduate courses.

You must have a Bachelor’s degree but need not be matriculated into Rutgers.

These courses also count toward either the Master of Human Resource Management or Master of Labor and Employment Relations degrees offered by our School.

A person who wishes to earn both a Masters degree and a certificate must fulfill all requirements in both programs and take at least two additional courses beyond the number usually required for the Masters degree.
