The Labor Studies and Employment Relations department offers a Master of Labor and Employment Relations degree that explores the nature of work and the workplace. Students can attend the Master’s program on a full-time or part-time basis. Students interested in a Doctoral degree attend the School of Management and Labor Relations’ PhD in Industrial Relations and Human Resources program.
