Research

Our faculty members are leading researchers nationally and internationally in the field of labor and employment relations. We conduct rigorous research and publish findings that assist workers, unions, labor-related organizations, and policymakers to respond to emerging labor, employment, and collective bargaining issues. We also undertake research projects on a contract basis for unions and labor-related organizations.
