The Kevin Ruble Fellowship

“Arguably, I believe employee ownership to be the most powerful tool at our disposal in developing, in the words of Louis Kelso, “that ideal society to which America has always been dedicated and toward which it has made great progress since its beginning.”

-- Kevin E. Ruble,  President,
The Circle M Foundation

Circle M Foundation Inc. is pleased to support the ongoing research activities of the Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations by establishing the Kevin Ruble Fellowship. This fellowship is established for the purpose of fostering research into highly effective ownership cultures in employee-owned organizations, and the link between those ownership cultures and their sponsors’ organizational performance.

Circle M Foundation’s president, Kevin Ruble is an ardent supporter of broad-based employee ownership, having served as a strategic advisor to employee-owned firms for over 30 years, as founder and CEO of Marquette Rail, the world’s first majority employee-owned railroad, and as an independent director for employee-owned companies. Kevin lives in Colorado where he enjoys family activities, snowboarding, working on his ranch, and supporting local nonprofits. The Fellowship will be offered during the academic year 2014-2015. The deadline for applying will be December 31, 2013.
