CLAUDIA MEER
PROFESSOR

Claudia MeerFocuses on the areas of training and development and adult learning. She has written the only published book on Customer Education, a career counseling manual on Sex Role Stereotyping in Occupational Choices, and has published in Lifelong Learning, Continuum, and New Jersey Libraries. She is the program director of five certificate programs offered by the Rutgers Center for Management Development (CMD): Mini MBA: Business Essentials, Human Resource Management (HRM) Essentials, and Advanced (HRM), Equal Employment Opportunity, and Employment Law. Dr. Meer has designed training and educational programs to address the diverse learning needs of practitioners within these disciplines and advises and works closely with a wide variety of organizations in both the private and public sectors.
