Connie A. Ellis is director of corporate programs at Center for Women and Work (CWW)/ Institute for Women’s Leadership (IWL). As director of the Executive Leadership Program and one of the largest mentoring programs in the history of the Institute, she serves as communication liaison to internal and external organizations and recruits undergraduate students into leadership programs.
Connie is a human resource professional with extensive experience in leadership development, diversity and inclusion, recruitment and mentoring. She has significant strength in developing strategies and implementing programs to increase participation of corporate partners, students, and executive candidates for internal programs.
Connie is a graduate of Rutgers University’s School of Management and Labor Relations in New Brunswick, NJ. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Employment Relations and a Master of Labor and Employment Relations degree.
