Apprenticeship 101

Tuesday, June 20, 2017 -
9:30am to 12:00pm
Rutgers' Labor Education Center

Registered Apprenticeship opportunities combine on-the-job training and job-related instruction, provided by apprenticeship training centers, technical schools, community colleges, and other educational institutions.

For employers, apprenticeship helps businesses develop highly-skilled employees.

For workers, apprentices also complete a combination of job-related instruction and hands-on training at the job site leading to a nationally-recognized, portable credential.

Discover how to develop apprenticeships in your organization and learn from a panel of experts, including Bernard Treml from the U.S. Department of Labor.

This is your opportunity to connect with key contacts and inspire the next generation. Don't miss this event, organized by the New Jersey Talent Development Center at Rutgers SMLR.
