Profile: James Lloyd

Research Associate

James Lloyd is a Research Associate at the Education and Employment Research Center.  James provides research support on evaluation projects related to workforce training in New Jersey and across the country. His work has included writing reports and memoranda for various federal Department of Labor Trade Adjustment Act reports, and conducting interviews with participants in training programs.  He also organizes quantitative and qualitative datasets and conducts statistical analysis using SPSS analytical software. 

A graduate of Rutgers College’s Class of 2000, James completed a J.D. in 2007 at Fordham University School of Law, where he was a Notes & Articles editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.  After graduation, he clerked for the Honorable Dorothea O’C. Wefing, then a Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.  James is currently enrolled at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy as a Master of Public Policy candidate, with a concentration on healthcare policy.
