The Rutgers Project Management Professional Exam Prep workshop will prepare you for certification with a comprehensive review of project management concepts, processes, tools, and techniques, including applications. Based on the Project Management Institute (PMI)®, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide) - Fifth Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2013, our 3-day workshop will enhance your project management skills throughout any project’s life cycle from project initiation to closing, as well as give an increased awareness of professional responsibility.  This not-to-be-missed workshop will include learning the process to apply for either certification – Project Management Professional (PMP) ® or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® the structure of the respective exams, and effective techniques to prepare for exams. Sample tests and a thorough review of the learning/study process will augment your exam preparation.

This Project Management Professional Exam Prep course will help current and future project managers with all aspects of preparing for the PMP® or CAPM® exams.  Covering the application procedure and the structure of the exams, in addition to all of the processes in the project lifecycle, our 3-day exam prep course will ready you for this challenge.  Learn test taking techniques and practice using sample exam questions.  The 18 Professional Development Units (PDU’s) earned help meet the continuing education requirement to sit for the PMP® exam, as well as to maintain PMP® status once achieved.

All program materials will be housed on Rutgers Learning Management System called Sakai.  Participants are encouraged to bring an iPad, laptop or other device that will allow you to view the materials in PDF format during each session.  If you don't have a device you can download and print the materials prior to the program.
