The Bachelor of Science in Labor and Employment Relations (BSLER) online program has fall and spring application deadlines, but the sooner you apply the better.
1. In order to complete the BSLER degree exclusively online, applicants must have completed Rutgers University’s School of Management and Labor Relations’ general education requirements* first—including a course in research methods or statistics.
2. Achieve a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
*General education requirements for the School of Management and Labor Relations include: English Comp. I, Writing Intensive course, Quantitative course, two Science courses, two Arts/Humanities courses, and History course.
