The BA in Human Resource Management (HRM) is a joint degree from the School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR) and the School of Arts and Sciences (SAS).  It is a multidiscipinary major that draws heavily from business strategy, psychology, economics, and sociology.  Students who are in good academic standing are eigible to declare the human resource management (HRM) major through SAS.
