Ashley Conway is an instructor at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations and Rutgers' Edwad J. Bloustein School for Planning and Public Policy. She has had a long career in public health and public service. With a nursing specialty in HIV/AIDS and expertise in workforce issues, Ms. Conway most recently directed the New Jersey State Employment and Training Commission’s Health Care Workforce Development program. Prior to that, she served as the director of the Disease Surveillance and Response Division for Calvert County Maryland.

Ralph Rodriguez is a professor in SMLR's Department of Human Resource Management. He has taught undergraduate courses in human resource management and organizational communication.

Associate Professor and Director, Ph.D. program in Industrial Relations and Human Resources


Professor Ingrid Fulmer's research is in the areas of human resource management, organizational behavior, and business ethics. She studies relationships among human resource practices, worker attitudes, and organizational performance, with particular interest in executive and non-executive compensation and employee benefits. She also studies social interactions in organizations, focusing on how those interactions are shaped by individual differences and by choice of influence tactics (e.g., communication medium, intentional use of emotion, unethical behavior).

Senior Program Coordinator


Susan Bodofsky is the Senior Program Coordinator for the Career Equity Resource Center (CERC) at the Center for Women and Work at Rutgers University. Susan’s work focuses on the CERC grant, providing professional development, workshops, and technical assistance targeting career and technical education.
