Profile: Elizabeth Baker

Elizabeth Baker is the program coordinator for the undergraduate Human Resource Management program as well as the Strategic HR Leadership Council. Elizabeth's areas of responsibility include communication, corporate outreach, event planning, and student advising. 

Prior to joining Rutgers Elizabeth worked at Johnson and Johnson as part of their Global Talent Management organization focused on leadership development for the emerging leader talent pool.

Elizabeth Baker graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a bachelors of science in Industrial and Management Engineering.
