
Anne-Laure Winkler is a second-year doctoral student with research interests in ethics and social responsibility in business. She is studying contextual and individual drivers which affect corporate social responsibility outcomes. She is particularly interested in exploring if and how a deep collaboration with certain stakeholders, like non-profit organizations, changes the way a company becomes more socially responsible. Her broad interests are in stakeholder theory, corporate governance, strategic human resource management, organization theory, organizational culture, the role of leaders' values, and meaningful work.
Anne-Laure has eight years of international experience in the biotechnology and the pharmaceutical industry, working in management consulting at ZS Associates in France, and product management at Genzyme, in the US and Japan. |
