
Sean Rogers is a first year doctoral student at the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations. His research interests include: labor-management relations and cooperation; employment relations during organizational restructuring events (such as mergers and bankruptcy); labor law; employment conflict, negotiation, and dispute resolution; human resource training and development; and, employment relations and HR in the airline industry.
Prior to attending Rutgers, Sean worked in a variety of professional capacities in the airline and
transportation industries. His experience includes industrial engineering, network (route) planning,
schedule planning, strategic pricing and revenue management, and financial analysis at UPS, AirTran Airways, ATA Airlines, America West Airlines, US Airways, and in the US Army.
Sean is the Recipient of the Rutgers University Ralph J. Bunche Distinguished Graduate Fellowship Award and the US Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration Dwight D. Eisenhower Transportation Fellowship. |
