Mee Sook Kim

 

 

 

 

Mee Sook Kim is a second year doctoral student at Rutgers University. Her research interest includes strategic human resource management, staffing, compensation, self and group efficacy, and group dynamics. Particularly, she is interested in contextual impacts on individual perception of efficacy, justice, and compensation. She recently completed her Master’s thesis, “the interactive effect between self- and group efficacy on individual performance and job attitude” from Seoul National University.
