Shahid Khan is a second year doctoral student at Rutgers University. His research interest revolves around organizational change and change management, in the contextual frameworks of developing economies. He is also interested in training and development, performance management, and management leadership research. Prior to attending Rutgers, Shahid worked in civil service in Pakistan. Before that, he was an assistant professor at the University of Engineering and Technology in Peshawar, and worked for the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission. Khan is the recipient of a Fulbright Scholarship. |
