Jun Xiong

 

 

 

 

Jun Xiong is a visiting scholar in the Labor Studies and Employment Relations department at the Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations. She is a Ph.D. student in corporate management, with specialization in organizational behavior and human resource management, at the Renmin University School of Business in China.


Her research interests include high performance work systems, strategic human resource management, labor relations in the logistics industry, and performance excellence management.
