
Kaifeng Jiang is a first year doctoral student at the Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations. He is interested in strategic HR, leadership, team effectiveness, diversity, and other
organizational behavior topics. His master’s thesis on organizational identification in the Chinese context received an award as the best thesis at Renmin University in 2007.
Before coming to Rutgers University, Kaifeng had three years consulting experience in the areas of HRM system and organizational culture in China’s organizations among governmental departments, IT, energy sources, telecommunication, tobacco, transportation and manufacturing industries. |
