Bio: Niclas has a broad research interest at multiple levels including knowledge management, team effectiveness, workplace diversity, cross-cultural management, HRM and outsourcing and intra- and inter-firm collaboration. His dissertation focuses on knowledge work and the interplay between virtual and face-to-face interaction and their relationship with performance in teams.

Niclas holds a BS degree from the School of ILR at Cornell University and a MS degree in IR from Iowa State University.
