Ashley Conway is an assistant teaching professor at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations. She has had a long career in public health and public service. With a nursing specialty in HIV/AIDS and expertise in workforce issues, Ms. Conway most recently directed the New Jersey State Employment and Training Commission’s Health Care Workforce Development program. Prior to that, she served as the director of the Disease Surveillance and Response Division for Calvert County Maryland.
